For homeowners and individuals, this section provides detailed advice on choosing the right dumpster size, what you can and cannot dispose of, and tips for ensuring a successful delivery and pickup, tailored to residential needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apply Pay, Google Pay, CashApp, and Link.
How will I be billed for overages?
Extra charges apply for exceeding weight limits, extending rental days, and specific disposal items. Overweight dumpsters are billed at $0.05 per LB. over the limit. Additional days cost $8 each. Obstructed pickup attempts incur a $150 charge plus travel fees. Avoid exceeding the MAX FILL LINE and mixing prohibited materials to prevent extra fees. Special disposal items like tires, refrigerators, or anything with a cooler will be an additional charge. For detailed billing conditions, refer to our service agreement.
Do you offer emergency dumpster service?
We are committed to assisting our customers when they need it. We can assist in providing you with a dumpster after normal business hours. Emergency services are based on inventory availability. Please reach out to a representative to check availability and place your order. After hour charges do apply.
Are your services available on weekends?
Yes, we are available weekends. Please see Home Page for hours of operation.
What if I need to cancel my dumpster order?
There is no charge if we receive cancellation notice from you at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. If notice is not received 24 hours before your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee and/or a $250.00 rescheduling fee.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit?
We bill out @ $0.05/Per LB. for additional tonnage.
What waste is not acceptable?
Our dumpsters can handle a wide variety of waste; however, we do not accept toxic or biohazardous materials, weapons, batteries, liquids of any kind, tires, etc. For a full list, please see the dumpster rental page.
How do I rent a dumpster?
You can rent a dumpster through our online booking system or by giving us a call. A representative can walk you through the process and assist you in selecting the right dumpster for your needs.

Yes, pick-ups can be scheduled for projects that are long term.
What are the rental terms for contractors?
Our rental terms for contractors are flexible and can be custom tailored to meet your needs until completion of project.
What dumpster sizes are available for contractors?
Currently we offer 8 CU. YD. concrete dumpsters, for heavy materials such as concrete, bricks, stone, aggregate soil, sod and/or sand. We also have 15, 20 and 25 CU. YD. dumpsters for construction and demo debris.

Is specialty item protection available for long term rentals?
Yes, but the specialty item protection plan is good for one complete rental cycle. In other words, once the dumpster is removed from the property and emptied, the rental cycle is complete. If a second dumpster is needed to complete your project, specialty item protection must be applied to your order again if you do so choose.
What do I do in the event that the dumpster is damaged, and I need to use damage and fire insurance?
Please call a representative in the event that the dumpster is damaged, and they will be able to walk you through the claim.
Can specialty item protection be added after the dumpster is ordered?
Specialty item protection can only be added at the time the order is placed.
Do you require specialty item protection with your rental?
All specialty item protections are optional; however, we recommend them for a worry-free rental.
